Please take note of the following important information:

GENERAL INFO:
Our custom dresses are meticulously crafted to fit your unique measurements. Creation and delivery process typically takes around 3-4 weeks. Please note that our dress prices do not include shipping. If you’re in the United States, shipping is a flat rate of $20. For international orders, shipping prices may vary depending on the country. Additionally, sizes beyond large incur an additional fee of $50.

Measurement and Payment

Measurements provide the below list of required measurement. You can also provide a picture of yourself in a form-fitting outfit, with or without your face visible. This image will be used to cross-reference the measurements for accuracy. Please also include your height.

• Dress Full Length
• Dress short length

• bustline
waistline (both snatched and free)

• Hips

• Shoulder to underburst

• Shoulder to upper navel

• Shoulder to nipple point

• Shoulder to shoulder/Back

• Sleeves length

• Arm Width

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for inaccurate measurements provided by customers. We highly recommend watching our reference video carefully before taking your measurements to avoid this issue.

PAYMENT:
For Custom orders we accept Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Upon sending the payment receipt through chat, an invoice will be issued. A deposit amounting to half of the dress’s total cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance, along with the shipping cost, will be due once the dress is completed and ready for shipment.
